The
letter by Awang Jambul is misled judgemental personality
His Majesty Service
(HMS) Awang Jambul (HMS AJ) started the letter “Double Six :Acknowledge facts,
reality” DE 30 June, 2019 with a condemnation on my letter “Only RCI can
provide closure to mystery” DE 23 June, 2019. HMS AJ condemned my letter as
“rubbish, false and nonsense”. Such
uncalled for condemnation on my letter gives away the message that it has
struck the hornet nest or something like that.
Calling me Lordship and also condemning me are contradictory and they do
not co-exist.
HMS AJ continued to add
all sort of unjustified allegations bordering defamations which appear to have
its origin from Tan Sri Harris Mohd Salleh (HMS) as HMS AJ is likely the mouth
piece of HMS.
So why not the letter
end with HMS rather than Awang Jambul?
What is the deception here? Would Awang Jambul reveal his identity?
I know HMS since he was
the State Minister for Industrial Development in the USNO Government under Tun
Mustapha. I have never spoken to him but his character is known through and
through.
The letter dated 30
June, 2019 bears the hall mark of HMS as leopard does not change its
spots. So is HMS aka Awang Jambul?
So where does it leave
me if litigation is deemed necessary to deal with some of the uncalled for
insinuations of HMS?
My letter never
mentioned any names for obvious reasons but HMS was sort of in a check mate to
use HMS AJ.
I think for known and
unknown reasons, HMS AJ exposed himself for the following information possibly
to mislead readers that HMS AJ is the “chief justice“ telling the authorities
what to do with me.
1.
He brought in the once Director of Civil
Aviation Datuk Arulampalam when there could be more than one Directors;
2.
HMS AJ ignored the fact that Petroleum Development
Act 1974, Act 144 is questioned as it was done under Emergency power of 1969
when Parliament was ‘suspended’ and also Sabah Government did not give
consent. I was just stating the fact
that we lost the oil and gas and did not even mention that HMS signed away the
Oil Agreement as witnessed by Datuk Pairin.

Why HMS AJ brought in Tun Fuad on the
give-away of Labuan? Was HMS also trying to divert attention away from himself?
4.
HMS AJ also brought in the issue of USNO
and that I was anti Malaysia. HMS AJ, please provide proof of the issue of
“Anti Malaysia” as HMS was in USNO state Government and the question mark is
irrelevant. HMS AJ, how can you accuse
me of ANTI Malaysia if you are not HMS? Show me who you are. I am anti leaders who are not born in Sabah
and Malaysia in violation of the Constitutions.
You know I have also written another DE letter titled “Make public the
birth certs of these” on 16 June, 2019.
Would HMS comply? The
consequences of foreigners holding top office are obvious and let the law takes
its course..

HMS AJ was so sure of the circumstances
at the KK Air Control Tower on 6 June, 1976?
Did the official investigation on the Normad Plane crash cover this
aspect? Was not the landing delayed for
whatever reason?

Whether there was a bomb or not, what is
the status on this in the official investigation report?
7.
Is HMS AJ a racist when he advocated
that many Kadazan lawyers on the declassification of the banned book on “the
golden son of the Kadazan“ Can HMS provide the document of the Home Affairs
Ministry’s ban on that book as HMS claimed “sensitive and racial overtones”?
8.
HMS AJ, please provide more details on
the court document with Yong Teck Lee? I
think Tengku Razaleigh the key witness did not appear in KK courts. If that is
the case, was the verdict lacking in conclusiveness and possibly even “faulty”
and not without doubt reasonable or otherwise?
Did Yong present the relevant evidence like I had mentioned in my
letter?

Please clarify your statement “ii. Civil
Court cannot make any disclosure to the case”. What is the disclosure here?
10. HMS
AJ so kindly asked me to go to Australia or Malaysia National Archives and so
please request a complete set of records are made available in the State and
Federal Archives in Kota Kinabalu for easy access. Isn’t this in the interest of HMS ?
11. I
hope HMS would also personally lodge a Police Report against my letter on 23
June, 2019 apart from threatening to sue in the letter 30 June 2019 and also
threaten to sue in front page (DE 14 June, 2019)? Awang Jamal should also lodge
Police Report.
I would not imagine my
letter on 23 June without names has indeed stirred up so much with HMS and HMS
AJ went at great length to respond in such very ridiculous rude manner with a 3
pages of questioned writings on 30 June against my single A4 pages. That clearly show how ‘belligerent’ HMS (as
known) is and equally shared by HMS AJ.
All I want is a closure to the DOUBLE 6 or even 666 with an RCI as those
investigation papers had been under restriction (not open) for decades. Transparency and accountability are the hall
marks of modern societies and obviously those investigation papers were
selective and restricted. So RCI would have been more transparent and
satisfactory to heal the nation even after 43 years. The symbol of the crash is now in Sembulan
with annual ritual and has HMS- the friend and colleague or comrade of those
victims ever present at the annual remembrance ceremony? I have been there almost every year on double
six with tears in my eyes.
This is the first time
I wrote to Daily Express on double six although I had lodged more than 30
Police Reports on many pressing issues in Malaysia. Those Police Reports contained many evidences
of all sorts but the authorities just let them to destroy the nation and these
people are anti-nationals.
So when the RCI (the
best that is for now albeit much delayed) is contemplated then I would like to
contribute my terms of reference (TOR) and then participate fully in the RCI for
a closure of the double six. Joshua
