TAED SB breached the terms of land title

TAED SB breached the terms of land title.
WWF Malaysia organised a media workshop for journalists and proceeded to Tanjung Aru Beach (TAB) for the likely impact of Tanjung Aru Eco Development (TAED) on its environment.
Surprisingly very few people knew about the TAED and the workshop concluded that about 10% of the people are aware of the TAED.
Who do we blame for the lack of awareness on the importance of TAED environmentally?
We can blame ourselves for the complacency and only regret it when we lose the priceless icon of natural TAB.
TAB is so special for the past and the future too especially when the magical sunset daily can uplift/recharge our spirits too.  Don’t believe that we will continue to enjoy the sunset when there will be up to 45,000 new inhabitants there to overcrowd the little open and public spaces after TAED. More traffic on the narrow roads to TAB would deter many to go there in the peak time to watch sunset.
Would the journalists write about that?
Don’t let ignorance get the better of us when some people bent on the destruction of the natural beach want to compare TAB with others much lesser already much disturbed sea fronts nearby.
I hope the journalists and public should be informed that the land for TAED had been alienated to Tanjung Aru Eco Development Sdn. Bhd. (TAED SB) with the land title issued at super speed since it was applied in 2014.  Sadly the land title did not consider the present Prince Philip Park (PPP) as previously gazetted.  So TAED SB also own the PPP now.  The Mayor was reported in the press that PPP would be gazetted by 31st March, 2017.  Was that being done?
So have we lost everything in TAB including those houses of heritage value being demolished?
Why the urgency that TAED SB has done the destruction when the TAED project is still on the drawing board after recent public protest on 21 March, 2017 at the community centre KK?  First beach was earlier cleared of buildings.
Looking at the conditions of the land title, TAED would surely fail for the issues raised therein.
So we need to wake up to the fact that a white elephant is in the making.
Also, many have trespassed into private land which unfortunately had not been fenced up the area of over 300 hectares with a bill board to warn the public that the risk is on the visitors or trespassers.
If such billboard is there, then the public would be informed of the likely destruction of the natural beach soon in the hands of the “rich and famous”.
Should not Land and Survey Department now withdraw the alienation to TAED SB for the contravention of the land title?
