Final polls results should undergo proper audit

The statement of the official results of the General Election 13 according to prescribed form 16 under section 27 of the General Elections Regulations was not complied with for the General Election 2013.

The results were published twice for GE13 in two separate editions of the Gazette, weeks apart.

So the results on the polling night for the declaration of all winners were incorrect and even illegal as the prescribed form 16 was done away with.

With the item D in Form 16 namely D: Total ballot papers boxes (B + C) as omitted the manipulation of the other figures in Form 16 can bring about zero discrepancies of the ballot papers ISSUED for the Parliament and the relevant state seats under it.

In actual scenario on the night of polling, discrepancies of issued ballot papers were detected in a number of seats that could make the final seats count uncertain. In simple term, the General Election was rigged by ballot papers and ballot boxes frauds committed by Election Commission Malaysia (ECM).

In Form 16, there are A: Total number of electorate, B: Number of votes by electors for each contesting candidate, C: Total number of rejected ballot papers, in ballot D: Total ballot papers boxes (B + C), E: Total Ballots papers issued, F: Total number of ballot papers issued but not put in the ballot box, G: Percentage of voting (E/A x 100), H: Majority.

Without the figure in item D, any discrepancies can be manipulated to zero as it was done in the second Gazette for GE13.

In GE2004, GE 2008, the item D was available hence discrepancies were rampant into thousands of ballot papers.

Such discrepancies could not be manipulated.

In such scenarios, all GE2004, GE2008, and GE2013 were heavily rigged by ECM to enable BN to remain in office.

I had brought GE2004, GE2008 to the High Court and ECM knew about its shortcoming as exposed in the relevant Gazette. As a consequence, omitted item D in violation of the prescribed Form 16 under regulation 27.

In GE2018, ECM must comply with Form 16 and the figures thereof listed would lock up all other relevant figures in the computation of discrepancies which simply confirm rigging of ballot papers and ballot boxes by ECM.

Any observers would not notice the discrepancies as arithmetical calculations and paper work were needed.

My important suggestion is that the final results on polling night should only be declared after a proper and independent audit.

The DURIAN GGG to save Malaysia

I have been waiting for national vehicle DURIAN GGG for some months to come forth to save Malaysia but maybe still in process at the  Registrar of Society.

So have we still got a good and decent chance to save Malaysia?

“Save Malaysia” (SM) has been in the lips of many and more so as General Elections 14 is now at hand with nomination on 28 April, 2018 and polling day on 9 May, 2018.

SM can be elusive as the political divide can be much questioned as they belong to BN/UMNO/exUmno people who had sort of contributed to the rottenness in Malaysia almost 60 years later.  It is very sad that regression/degradation instead of progress in most aspects has prevailed in the nation.

So far from the conversation with various people, people feels there is really no choice to send good people to the Parliament as they are re-cycled “criminals” or “kleptocrats” since UMNO rules the nation since 1963. The time bomb of 1969 could explode again.

DURIAN GGG with the fresh air can break that evil curse in 1969 in 2018, as either parties BN/PH wins there will never be any peace as the heated diatribe could escalate as exacebated  by personal vendetta of parties accusing each other of rigging. The electoral woes had already started.

So what would happen if low turnout at polling day and it is wasting billions of Ringgit for the costs of Elections Commission Malaysia and various excessive campaign expenses including wasteful elections paraphernalia.  If you go to UK, electoral paraphernalia is very limited and minimal.  Almost everyone know what BN/UMNO/exUMNO  have done, needless for any more campaigning. Most people know what to do.

Even, for Sabah people are thinking to support the new party of exUMNO members but be cautioned that it is in the same category of the peninsular counterparts be it BN/PH.  The culture of theft, corruption, mismanagement, embezzlement has been deeply embedded within.  Look at closely the logo Warisan -which cannot form the Federal Government and maybe just disturb the Sabah State Government – the Sabah map is not there, and the items in the logo seem to be of foreign context and so what is the intention or message of the symbols in the logo. Maybe instead of a horse, it is possible a “Trojan” boat. So beware Sabahans cannot be misplaced or misled again.

So what can the ordinary people do now within a very short notice inevitable to set up something so that the voters especially those fence sitters and those not going to vote the evil parites  would be urged to come out to support what we would call “people power” under DURIAN GGG. 

So in the short time and very limited resources, I would suggest that while we work, we give this case to God to provide adequate election fund (minimal) for 150 good/qualified standing candidates standing as INDEPENDENTS only for Parliament seats to enable the CHANGE to Good Governance Government Malaysia (3G) with victory in at least 112 seats or more to form the incoming Federal Government as all affairs are dominated by Parliament.  If the DURIAN 3G platform gets the majority the present main players with less than 80 seats would not be able to form the new Government with the clear message in PEOPLE POWER that the existing established parties are rejected.

So the immediate benefit of this DURIAN GGG would be Dynamic United Reliable Intellectual, Accountable and National platform for the Good Governance Government (3G).

So it is very urgent we implement this PEOPLE POWER at GE14 with a working committee in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak as the nomination is on 28 April, 2018.  At the same time we need to obtain the adequate fund to support the candidates burning to have a go sacrificially for the first time to give Malaysia and Malaysians a decent chance to Save Malaysia.  Stop the GRAB in Putrajaya for 55 years.

Ballot boxes frauds must be stopped in GE 14

I have written a book “Malaysian General Election March 2004- a case of victory - landslide or rigslide” in 2007 after much research and concluded massive ballot boxes rigging by the Election Commission Malaysia (ECM) had caused the final electoral results on polling day very much distorted especially in marginal seats largely in rural areas and suburban areas bordering rural towns.  Only ECM can cause such discrepancies of ISSUED ballot papers.

It is all proven in that book with documentary evidence and vividly illustrated there to show a whole range of discrepancies of the ISSUED ballot papers in state seats and those issued in the parliament seat. There should not be any discrepancies and investigation of that would be meaningless and clearly impossible because any improper issued ballot papers in any seat would be difficult and also impossible to verify easily.

Most people would say such cheating was difficult too but not with ECM officials.  How can anyone explain how the discrepancies of ISSUED (not marked) ballot papers arise then?

I went to High Court in 2008 on GE 2004 and GE2008 after lodging two massive Police Reports over the massive ballot boxes rigging. The bias judiciary simply struck out my cases.

But the ECM got wiser when GE2013 came and to comply with what I found, ECM came out  with two Gazettes on a single general election thus giving two sets of results with the second Gazette making the “magical” 0 removing the earlier discrepancies of ISSUED ballot papers in the first Gazette.  So that is a criminal act to do that. So we really have illegal governments for decades.

So I propose that any patriotic and genuine citizen should join me in a new action “Monitoring GE14” in Facebook and Whatsapp to stop this Ballot boxes frauds to ensure the victory is for all Malaysians not to be cheated again and again.

A lot can be written on this critical matter but suffice to say that we must bold to implement Monitoring GE14 urgently.  With the confirmed Ballot Boxes frauds, the GE should have been declared illegal, no effect,  null and void.  Lets this happen in GE14 to save Malaysia.
