Take
GE14 to Courts for elections rigging by Election Commission Msia.
As
an aggrieved citizen and a voter am making this claim that Election Commission
of Malaysia (ECM) take the appropriate action to rectify the declared results
on the night/wee hours next of polling day on 9th May, 2018 based on
Regulation 27 of the Elections (Conduct of Elections) Regulations 1981 [P.U.
(A) 386/1981 as in prescribed Form 16.
It
is observed that the results as presented in the LIVE official website of ECM
immediately after the counting of votes on polling night were not in accordance
with Form 16.
Instead
for the results of GE14, the Form 16 was amended /corrupted with vital item D
missing as replaced by something else.
It
is observed again that the final results as per Gazette on 28 May, 2018 do not
comply with Form 16.
As
a consequence, it is observed that there were more than one versions of
official results for GE14 namely on polling night with abbreviated data, the
results in the Gazette all non- compliant with Form 16 .So the official results
of GE14 is very much questioned resulting in questioned contests and
declaration of formation of Governments – Federal and States.
My
submission would illustrate with conclusive official evidence how ECM has again
manipulated official results of GE2018 like in GE 2013 when the results of
GE2004, GE2008 did comply with Form 16.
For GE2013, the official results as per Gazette did not comply with Form
16 in violation of Regulation 27.
That
the Courts make the following orders to ECM
1.
The Elections Commission Malaysia prepare a
new Gazette of the official results in compliance with Form 16 in accordance
with Regulation 27 as soon as possible before the documents of GE14/GE2018 are
destroyed.
2.
In contested Parliament and State
seats where the discrepancies of issued ballot papers are significant or
material in GE2018/GE14 as it was the case of great discrepancies in GE2004,
GE2008, fresh elections be called.
3.
Failing to comply with 1 and 2 above,
then GE14/GE2018 be declared illegal, null and void within the next six months
or even earlier.
I
hope that others would support me to bring justice to Malaysia and to stop the
robberies of ECM for decades.
