RCI for closure of double six

RCI for closure of double six

Now double six event in 1976 over Sembulan had just passed in 2020 and a regular annual memorial service was conducted despite Covid-19 and there go again some prominent expression of opinions in the press prevails and in this case by Star president and SAPP president and as usual some comments by Tan Sri Datuk Harris Salleh the successor of Tun Fuad Stephen as Chief Minister 1976-1985.  Again it seems the ex Finance Minister Tengku Razaleigh is also in the picture of sort over PDA 144 of 1974 and Agreement signing of oil for 5% royalty which both appear to be “red herring”.

Why did the plane on June 6, 1976 crashed is still unsettled despite my disclosure hence no closure?

I wrote two published letters July 7, 2019 and June 23, 2019 in DE calling for RCI for the purpose of closure. Why was no RCI conducted on such an incident where the Sabah’s Cabinet was almost wiped out?  So it is still not too late to conduct an RCI now albeit more than 40 years later. Maybe now we need to include as one of the Terms of Reference the latest Interview in conjunction with 74th year of UMNO of Tengku Razaleigh on the formation of Party Berjaya as maybe a root cause of the crash.

I have also lodged on 6th November, 2019 two Police Reports Karamunsing /016675/2019 and Karamunsing /016676/2019 and (very strange the eternal digits -6676- coincides with the crash date?) following the unofficial press dialogue over the crash. I had also referred my two police reports to the Parliament Select Committee’s public forum on IPCMC held in KK soon after that as all my more than 40 Police reports never got any feedback.

There are also conflicting reports if it is really freely available those investigation papers by the Australian’s manufacturer.  Please Daily Express publish them for all to consume and ease of digestion.

It is obvious double six has great ramifications and implications of whatever in the minds of the people.

So with the new Perikatan Nasional Federal Government, there would be no “insult” to anyone if the 8th Prime Minister decides to call for an RCI on the crash to the YDP Agung and hopefully put to rest the lingering conscientious thought in the minds of many.  Dayang Jambul writing to DE and called “RCI rubbish, false and nonsense” (DE 30 June, 2019).

When RCI is to be called,  as we ask for it, lets some of us draft the comprehensive Terms of Reference (TOR).
