God appointed OWN for me

Testimony/message of God to me on 1st November, 2021 (All Saints Day) by Rev Koo Tuk su [NB: this is a draft subject to confirmation by Dr.Grace and Rev Koo] This is the transcript by me as Rev Koo Tuk Su shared the message of God in a suddenly arranged zoom session by Dr. Grace Yong with me over my posting in Telegram’s Refugee. My posting in Telegram asking for help of RM10k was deleted as told by Dr. Grace Yong but I was not disappointed and instead three of us had an almost two hours dialogue over my situation. Dr. Grace started the zoom session with what I wrote especially those words HALLOWEEN and Suicide of someone in my appeal for help. It was Halloween simply the help was requested on 31 October 2021 . Dr. Grace and others appear to be concerned over my impression of some problems. So Dr Grace wanted to have a clear mind over me. Rev Koo Tuk su was the Dean of All Saints Cathedral where I was and am still a member. So I explain everything Dr. Grace inquired of my mental capacity at first hand. [ very good of Dr. Grace to be concerned] NB my notes in [… ] It was almost an hour of dialogue between Dr. Grace and myself for almost an hour, and much were discussed. I am not to go into details of that dialogue. So when the dialogue finished, it was turn for Rev Ko Tuk Su to come on to say his piece as a good listener. Rev Koo started his message of God with “ God knows your heart, God knows your heart Joshua and what is in your heart right now” [deep in my heart I know what God wanted to convey what I already know in my heart as it is a new love affair and cannot be disclosed apart from other routine]. Rev Koo did mention that God had preserved me for so long for 73 years and not easy to be alive for so long and will use me for greater things in His kingdom.” He went on to say smoothly as “ God also know what you have been doing and what you would be doing in many words as directed by God, and he said that Joshua had gone through a great deal in challenges and all the hurts” [ I cried in my heart and tears did come out as a relief of stress so far bottled up, and God is indeed very good as He acknowledged my many untold suffering] and Rev Koo did mention from God that my life would go a new direction for better days ahead.” Rev Koo continued with God’s message that “ I have to read and digest the Bible more and more. [I know I am behind in reading the Bible] Rev Koo “repeated that and urged me to read the Words of God several times”. [so this is very important for the new direction]. Rev Koo did say “God loves me and cares for me. God would use you to share His words to the world. People would only listen to me. Every where people would look for you and hear you.” [ to me I have no capability right now to have such global influence unless Organisation Wealth Order OWN materialises with great success in the global community. I have no theology degree, no theology training, no preaching, no outreach right now, no Christian ministry, lack funding, lack support from anyone. So in this context, it is the great impact of OWN that can touch the lives of the people and that is confirmation that the God’s OWN would be the direction for me and God is telling me to go forth with OWN and OWNDIGICOIN just in the starting stage.] Conclusion by me:- It may be strange that my appeal for only RM10k has turned some hearts to enable me to receive the divine priceless message from God through Dr. Grace and Rev Koo to enable me to move forward in a tremendous direction of many trillions of USD in OWN. This is in my heart right now and God has brought me a new partner in an unusual way. Any referendum for Labuan now?

Any referendum for Labuan now? Harris suggested a referendum (Daily Express Feb 14, 2022) on Foreign Card Proposal in line with democratic principles and there are many important questions for Harris which I believe may not be answered like the Double 6 incident. Does the nation and Sabah have democratic principles when there are critical discrimination in race and religion and sort of “apartheid” against certain sector of society since 1963 and MA63 glaringly still unresolved. I have written a lot on the illegal immigrants in Malaysia especially Sabah and the RCI on illegal immigrants Sabah (RCIIIS) 2012/2013 even excluded me for witness (initially subpoena) and my materials in thousands of pages already fully submitted to the RCI were totally omitted in the small Royal Report ( YB Lim KS claimed 5000 pages missing) which is a sham in the “democratic society” as Harris claims we are. So just in some simple words “we are in the midst of hundreds of thousands of Trojan horses” or even millions in the 40 years since USNO and Berjaya with Harris as key player therein. Why has Harris allowed that? So Harris how can you suggest a referendum without specifying the terms and conditions when so massive Trojan horses are in our midst to bring true justice to Sabahans and genuine citizens of Malaysia. It is very good feeling to make such a suggestion without even thinking of the consequences of the possible results of the Referendum. What if the referendum send Sabah to the Philippines in a golden plate? You really think this referendum can bring justice to the genuine citizens. Even Brexit done in a referendum in 2016 is still pending in confusion. So coming back to an referendum sounding so good in the headline, why Harris never called for a referendum in handing over Labuan my homeland in 1984 to Federal which had divinely caused his loss in power in 1985 which then USNO and Berjaya staged a violent and frightening demonstration in the Sembulan State Mosque deploying largely Trojan horses which ended in arson and some casualties. Was Harris in the front line then on the road? So Harris the Police is not telling the secret deal in Labuan case as I was told by the SB Insp Ong (also personal security aide?) of a deal over Labuan. Like double six, the Labuan deal would be buried but never in my mind. I know it was difficult (even right now) to be the Chief Minister when Federal always call the shots. I know this is very sensitive but the truth must be told by someone like the double 6. Don’t accuse me not telling earlier. I hope the Police would reveal anything relevant. The consequences of Labuan deal could have been displayed out in Hong Kong as a clue. So would a referendum be now done for the return of Labuan to Sabah? The truth will shine brightly for all the tragedies known and unknown in Sabah. Don’t let Sabah be the burial ground for illegals in Sabah as they had been dying in our homeland away from their homes. God bless Sabah. Joshua Y C Kong 17/2/2022.

JaM is the solution for me to be alive in Covid-19 Pandemic

JaM is the solution for me to be alive in Covid-19 Pandemic I had written two letters in Daily Express in June 2017 on the Anti Mosquitoes herbal drink 20/6/2017 http://www.dailyexpress.com.my/read.cfm?NewsID=2591 but they have not attracted good interests especially in the medical health sector. I am now writing again with latest development in the health security sector especially we are in the Covid-19 pandemic and this anti mosquito herbal drink which I call Juice against Mosquitoes or JaM can be the cheapest saviour of Covid-19 as now again proven in my recent case since 18 February 2022. JaM is for treating the whole process of the infection of Covid-19 more so pneumonia in level 4 and 5 of covid-19. Also malaria and dengue both likely end up in pneumonia where once in 2006 a patient was sent home by hospital to end his last days. However, this hopeless patient in despair met a friend on the way out of the hospital and that friend brought him to a Chinese medicinal shop to buy a single item for RM5. After boiling and consuming that liquid from a local fruit he was alive and shocked the doctor in the hospital. Fearing for my wife who was admitted to HQE on 18 February, 2022 for Covid-19 positive, I brought to her on Sunday morning of 20 Feb 2022 a bottle of herbal solution created by me which I wrote a note attached to the bottle that JaM can save her life (not vaccine) if she was tested Covid-19 positive as the doctor told me on 18th Feb in the early afternoon time. She was admitted at the emergency room in HQE. If the bottle of JaM was removed in the package sent to her by me at the HQE, at least return it to me. If she dies in HQE, I will blame the hospital for her case as the herbal natural item is a life saviour against pneumonia as developed in stage 4 and 5 of covid-19. Can you imagine that JaM (juice against mosquitoes) has kept me alive since 2006 as I started to consume JaM as the best item against mosquito viruses like Malaria and Dengue as patients die from pneumonia. Can you imagine if my wife living with me as covid-19 positive, I am OK without covid-19 is because I consume JaM regularly since 2006. She did not want to drink as of her right and now she suffers for not drinking JaM. I am still working 18-20 hours daily looking after my dogs in mosquitoes infested zone for 7 years. Fogging is harmful to health and don't remove mosquitoes and also wasteful. JaM has been working well to keep me alive and strong despite I am a mild diabetic patient. JaM is proven to save life when all hope was gone in dengue and malaria patients. I had two letters in Daily Express on JaM a few years ago and actually timely to save lives now in Covid-19 pandemic when vaccines kill more than protect patients. It is JaM that deal with pneumonia that can save the lives of covid-19 patients even at an early stage. . JaM is cheap, not harmful like any tea, and instant results to keep the hospital empty as consuming it little by little keeps the doctors and hospitals away. I think HQE doctors had been ringing me on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to find out if I could be a Covid-19 positive patient that need quarantine but I remain strong and not infested for two years although going out almost daily for food rounds. This is because I consume JaM regularly. I trust this is helpful to keep your hospitals near empty with JaM. I am writing to Daily Express for this JaM to be mass produced so that we can live with covid-19 without much losses in the economy. I can mass produce it and give everybody local who want a 200 ml (standby) bottle FOC if I can get partnership or sponsorship of RM3m to 5m from whoever. The money will be used to purchase raw materials, production and packaging etc. So I can claim I am saviour as Joshua is ‘Jesus Saves’ of sort as God's gift in JaM since 2006 Joshua Y C Kong 24/2/2022

Be warned that the domesticated animals could go extinct.. The SPCA group in Kota Kinabalu looking after the domesticated animals like dogs and cats in animal shelters has sent out an appeal for emergency help for fund to keep the few hundreds of dogs and cats in shelter from closing down. The appeal for fund in the social media also mentioned that SPCA had incurred RM300,000 in neutering these animals as sterilised and return them to the domestic habitat. I would like to take the position that mass neutering of these animals would soon result in the extinction of such pitiful and cute animals like what is happening the wild habitat that wild life of tourism values is also going extinct for various reasons like the natural habitat is no longer there to sustain such wild lives as exacerbated by poaching. If we move around most housing estates , there are hardly any dogs around and extinction is inevitable. I keep unusual number of dogs for the reason that such animals must be appreciated in our midst. There are unfortunately some hidden agenda of certain groups of people who hate dogs. Such attitude will certainly expedite the extinction of dogs. The presence of domesticated animals with positive perception give the public impression that we are humane to animals as well. Coming back to the financial needs of caring for the animals in shelter,that should not a critical issue if we manage our public fund accordingly. There is enough to go round and the Government should start the habit of annual allocation of funds from various major bodies like DBKK, JPJ, the tourism sectors once so good, the Yayasan Sabah with our sort of sovereign fund. The culture of public donation for a very good cause must prevail. The domesticated animals are part and parcel of our society and should never be neglected. Letter to PM and CM of Sabah

Tuan Tuan YAB, RE: REWARD IN CONSIDERATION OF MY LOYAL SERVICE IN GOVERNMENT IN FEDERAL AUDIT DEPARTMENT 1969 to 1974 I am 73 years old and never have been given financial assistance and no pension for lack of enough years of service and now I am asking for adequate financial rewards based on my few years of very productive civil service which had a great sacrifice for me to perform such dedicated and loyal duty for the nation. My live has been split in 1980 when I returned to Sabah after qualifying as Chartered Accountant in London and had been in Sabah since 1980 contributing very much for the society at large incluiding lodging more than 40 Police Reports worth many trillions trying to save the nation from all sorts of major leakages including abuses of power and official corruption at all levels. What I want to specially mention in this letter is my stunning performance without proper training working as Examiner of Accounts in the Federal Audit Department serving sacrificially for the Federal and State Governments in the recovery of so much revenue especially in the Inland Revenue Department and Revenue sectors. My performance was stunning because I had raised so many audit queries in a few short years for a monthly salary of about RM400. I can estimate that I had sort of recovered RM25m in a few years and such recoveries can enhance subsequent years. The sums of RM25m in 50 years since 1970s can amount to at least RM500m considering compounding interest and doubling every ten years in value. I don’t think any Sabahan could do that. As I feel miserable that my effort had gone to waste instead of nation building as we know we in Sabah is so poor. So in appreciation of my effort I am not asking so much as RM500m. But I would appreciate if the Governments can jointly reward me with RM10m cash or 2% thereof. I also expect the State Government give me a long lease (30 years extendable) of the vacant valley in Luyang Kota Kinabalu behind the Pertanian Ministry. Project IC in Sabah by Mahathir & Musa Aman

KONG on 14th January, 2007 14th January 2007 is the first anniversary of the programme under CASH in Patriotic Citizens Forum on Identity Cards (PaCiFIC). Thank God for a year of achievements with much sweat. The writing is on the wall, and we cannot wait another few years from 2007 since the 1980s when the IC given to outsiders were exposed. ICs were given much earlier as identified in my paper titled "the Number of EPIC of Sabah" delivered at the Suhakam's Roundtable Discussion on 31st July, 2006. To refresh our memory, I append below some of the extracts (3 examples) of the N13 Likas Election Courts proceedings also included in my book 'EPIC of Sabah'. 1. Daily Express (29-9-1999) under the title 'Foreigners voted for BN' claim' Dr Chong En Leong also told the court that some senior Umno members in the State were detained under the Internal Security Act (ISA) for their involvement in an IC falsification syndicate. They included Tawau Umno Deputy Chief Shamsul Alang, Datu Akjan, Jabar Khan and Dandy Pilo, among others. Some NRD officers and businessmen were also detained under the ISA for their part in the syndicate. Dr Chong said several Umno members in the State had been convicted in the courts for committing offence pertaining to IC falsification syndicate. According to Dr Chong, he believed Umno still continued giving Malaysian ICs to foreigners so that they can be registered as voters. Dr Chong also said Yong had made a statement that there are some 500,000 illegal immigrants residing in Sabah and those foreigners obtained blue Malaysian ICs and had become voters. Yong made the statement while attending a seminar held in Kuala Lumpur in 1992. He was then Sabah Deputy Chief Minister in the PBS Government. However, then Deputy Home Minister Datuk Megat Junit Megat Ayub refuted the statement and said only 20,000 genuine ICs had fallen into the hands of people suspected to be foreigners. 2. Daily Express 10.11.1999 Voters given cash and goodies Dr. Chong En Leong said during a hearing on objections on the revised Likas Constituency 1997 Electoral Rolls on Nov 11 last year, Aminah bte Selamat, a Filipina with an IC-H0555317, turned up and admitted casting her vote twice in the State election in Kudat using the IC of which she confessed as fake. Aminah, who is now staying at Kampung Pondo, Pulau Gaya, claimed that she obtained the IC through "Project Dr Mahathir" about eight years ago and other foreigners also managed to possess similar documents as a result of the "project IC campaign" during the same year. The court heard Aminah was born in the Philipines and came to Sabah 10 years ago but in her IC it was stated that she was born at Kampung Sembulan here. 3. '35 Lahad Datu Umno branch heads foreigners' Daily Express 13.11.1999 Mutalib Mohd Daud, author of the controversial book "IC Palsu Merampas Hak Anak Sabah" told the High Court Friday that 35 branch chairmen and 75 Umno members in Lahad Datu were allegedly registered as voters even though they were clearly foreigners. "While I was still executive secretary of Umno Youth for Lahad Datu division we had 34,026 members. But then it rose to 34,788 after I resigned," Mutalib said. Answering to a question, Mutalib said only about 14,000 party members there possessed IC while the rest he doubted. He told the court that 10,211 people had applied to get new ICs through a special project called "Project Dr Mahathir". From his findings, Mutalib said a company, Tadus Enterprise, wrote a letter to the Immigration Department in Lahad Datu on July 30, 1987, applying to the department to extend a work permit for one of its workers, Abdul Wahid Ahmad Soloko, with copies to the Counsul of Indonesia, Malaysian Migration Fund Board and the Labour Department there. "In the letter, it stated that Abdul Wahid had a work permit with serial number 39522. However, the man had an IC which he allegedly used to become a member of Umno in Sabah," he told the court. The above are only three extracts of the reported proceedings in N13 Likas 1999 Court case. Whether the present Chief Minister is sincere or not regarding his intention and action over the IC crisis, we all know that the IC issue had been exposed much earlier in the 1980s. I wrote that letter in May 1987. Now the figure of dubious citizens had become 1-2 millions. Then there is a letter in Daily Express Forum (14-01-2007) by the ex MP of Kota Belud where he mentioned a Federal Ministry figure in the Parliament in 1990. I believe this person is none other than the Deputy Home Minister as recorded in the Court Case, where it was revealed as only 20,000 genuine ICs had fallen into the hands of people suspected to be foreigners. The ex MP also failed to raise the alert of dubious citizens after the General Elections in 1989. So did the Government deal with those 20,000 dubious citizens then although this figure is very small? Did the Government act on the question of ex MP of Kota Belud in Parliament? So that was in 1990. Then there was the N13 Likas Election Court Case which had a lot of data on the IC Crisis in 1999 and yet nothing was done by the Government although 'Project M' was mentioned several times. How could such serious allegation escape the arms of the Law if the Government is serious then and now? Datuk Yong Teck Lee the other defendant did not raise the alert over those dubious citizens of Project M in 1999/2001, and why only brought it to the Police in January 2007? part 1 0f 2 2# Author| Post time 15-1-2007 05:19 PM | Show the author posts only part 2 Even in 1999, the names of perpetrators were mentioned and only two namely Hassnar and Jabar had come out to admit past wrongs. Where are the rest of possible more than 40 persons including 2 exDirectors of NRD also detained under ISA? I believe most of them had been rewarded somehow after detention and one of them is known to be awarded a high profile Government project but so much abused that it was abandoned. Now in 2007, Musa Aman reiterated in today's papers that the Government would act on the dubious citizens. So it is 20 years too late, when the dubious citizens had multiplied many folds. We have reached the latest high level of alertness due to the hard and bitter struggle of CASH in PaCiFIC started on 14th January, 2006. Needless to remind the Government of the consequences of 'harbouring' 1-2 millions dubious citizens in Sabah with some of them holding senior Government positions. It is known that a RED IC holder is now a director. We also know that the present Government is in a precarious position to handle the genuine identity cards in the hands of foreigner. It is in a Catch 22 situation to rid such holders of dubious IC. Musa, the buck must stop and no more acting. We know there is a vicious predicament to deal with the illegals especially those already used for political gains in the past, but such dubious people are getting an upper hand to do devastation in Sabah via their imported lawless culture and gangsterism. (Mayor Kota Kinabalu -DE 5th August 2005). Only new people needed to address this IC Crisis through a process of 'emergency' and Royal Commission of Inquiry with power to act on dubious citizens not only recommend measures while it is pointless to call fresh State general elections when the faulty electoral rolls are loaded with EPIC or dubious citizens. So in the interest of the local people of Sabah once so peaceful, and the present and future generations, we must get rid of the illegal Government in Sabah. I can say that after lodging the report to the Police (KK/rpt/10281/06) and the ACA over the conduct of the Election Commission at the 11th National General Elections and 10th Sabah General Elections in March 2004. In this 'electoral fraud' context, Sabah had seen quite a few successive illegal Governments since April, 1967. As the present Government is so impotent to deal with the dubious and dead claim on Sabah by the Philippines, the same problem since 1962 would not simply go away. How can the leadership had failed to address the dubious claim to rid it once and for all? The ill intention had been proven once again, when the Philippines wanted to intervene in the ICJ's case of Malaysia and Indonesia over the two islands Ligitan and Sipadan. The Philippines knew from the outset that it does not have the good solid ground to stake the claim legally that it chose to submit a brief and weak demand of intervention just to be spoilers. So I had taken the initiative to drive the illegal people (including EPIC) from Philippines away from Sabah with the ridiculous excuse on the dubious claim by filing a complaint to the International Criminal Court (ICC) on crimes against humanity committed in Sabah for 40 years. That is worth at least RM40 billions in compensation. If the present Malaysian and Indonesian Government shad allowed the Indonesians to come into Sabah so easily to cause so much rampage in Sabah, for reasons known to them, then this is worth another RM40 billions in compensation as I had also filed a complaint to the ICC for the rampage and other crimes deemed to be crimes against humanity committed in Sabah. I had also filed a complaint to the ICC against Malaysia for ethnic cleansing (hideous Project M included) and apartheid ( breach of Malaysia Act included) worth at least RM40 billions. So why want to believe what the "illegal Government by illegal people, for illegal people and by illegal people" had been saying about the dubious people. The Government had said "settle the illegals living in Sri Tanjung squatters away from Maang but in Sabah" hence it has demonstrated in the bias and lopsided treatment of the Sri Tanjung case with likely only 20% local as sort of confirmed by the Investigation Committee. That kind of power abuse tantamount to harbouring illegal cannot take any reasonable action to resolve the IC Crisis long overdue. I also believe the NRD and Immigration Department are reluctant to address the IC Crisis as they failed to turn up to clear doubts at the Suhakam Roundtable Discussion on 31st July, 2006. They were reluctant to answer many questions at the Street Kids International Conference organised by Tenaganita on 16-18th November 2005. Have NRD and ID answered the hundreds of questions supplied to the Parliamentary Select Committee on Integrity, August 2006? So the best way forward is for the illegal Government to vacate its power. Armed with the creditable claims for RM120 billions in compensation, I would like to takeover the mission to do justice for Sabah by local people. I would have a better chance to pursue the complaints to the ICC. Illegal Government cannot do justice for Sabah and similarly outsiders with 'good intentions' would not do justice for Sabah now. Finally, I am signing off as an individual in all sincerity as this issue is largely my personal effort with the depth of understanding since 2000 rather than as Secretary General of CASH. Joshua Y. New Wealth Order and stop rob God !!!

NEW Wealth Order and stop Rob God in Malachi 3 and 4 Malachi is the last book in the most holy Bible’s old testament and we must take extra notice of some verses therein especially Malachi 3:8-10 and Malachi 4:1. (NB: I have included other verses below for more enlightenment). Malachi 3:8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. 9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation. 10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. 4 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. 2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. 3 And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the LORD of hosts. 4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. 5 Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD: 6 And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. We know we have robbed God and no doubt about that as we witness the rottenness in the depleted earth in so many aspects including many billions of people in great suffering with or without corona virus or Covid-19 and Covid-19 simply convey the most pressing message as Cleansing over various insidious dirt and our dirt has been piling up the heaven for centuries especially in the past two centuries including the present one. The solution to NOT rob God is to comply with Malachi 3:10 and for the world it is NEW WEALTH Order inspired by Jesus Christ on 4th July, 1999 and published by Joshua YC Kong on 11th September, 2001. The unfortunate delay coincided with the 911 of Twin Tower New York. New Wealth Order is correct connect the world for what God has intended for His people. Unless we implement NEW Wealth Order now albeit a delay of 21 years and now at maturity phase, we would likely face what is mentioned in Malachi 4:1 as oven or heat wave with or without fire. Co-incidentally, I have also written the book “FIRE”. After Fire we may go either way to heaven or hell, like it or not and nobody can help us. But death in custody can be in any form. We really need to investigate from all angles. Was physical injuries sustained and by whom? The suspect could be in isolation for some hours and suicide cannot be ruled out. I am very glad that I am still alive to tell a very good story and possibly you don’t like to read because there is a lot of hate when I was in the Police station twice under arrest before in my life first in 1973 for illegal detention of 11 months without trial and then in 1990 for the false allegation by Police of false police report in connection with the provision of YS free fresh school milk but contaminated from 1986/1987 until 1993. I was under Police arrest because Cyril Y told me the then CM bribed 7 senior police officers to charge me. That charge for section 182 was in court from 1990 to 1994 until I was DNAA. With this PBS also lost power to power grab by BN/UMNO by illegal means. I could have stopped GE1994 in Sabah if I dared to lodge Police Report of the voting slips in Hyatt Hotel fully booked and no access to others just week prior to GE1994 in the presence of ‘guilty’ DSAI. I could end up with another Police arrest as my milk case is still hanging. So let by-gone be so. Back to the arrests in 1973 and 1990, it is believed that I was guilty already and received very harsh treatment then like in a cage badly treated. I had to sit out in the Police Station for hours before they transfer me to the Police cell and lawyers were not easily available. The Police would not provide drinking water and food for hours and some people could die from dehydration and hunger. Now come to the good story in 1990. I was arrested in Karamunsing Police station at about 1pm and no lunch or food as I went there to lodge Police Report on stalking by the milk man. I was without food and drinking water until 6pm when I was transferred to KK down town Police cell. The police station was filthy and lots of urine and faeces etc. I had survived because of God’s provision. Inside the cell was two Chinese gang members for 7 days remand (about to be released the next day) and a PTI. Also there was a pack of good seafood uneaten and the gang member R. Liew asked me to eat it. About half hour later, my ‘friend’ who had seen me in Karamunsing earlier came with a tak pau (pack) of food but I did not eat it but left it in the cell. At 9 pm, I was transferred to Tanjung Aru Police cell and all alone in that cell. If I had not being transferred to TA Police cell, I could have eaten that pack food for breakfast. I could be DEAD. If that happened, blame the Police or the one who ordered the packed food. My friend was just the caring messenger to bring me the pack. The Police can be blamed for not checking the brought in food, possibly poisoned to kill. While I was in the KK down town police cell, I shared Jesus to Liew and his gang member. Liew from All Saints School and an Anglican in his late thirties told me he never been to church for many years. But I told him he must go back to church. Then I was out of that Police Cell to Tanjung Aru. The next morning a senior officer came to TA police station and brought me to breakfast in a kedai kopi and then free on Police bail. A couple years later Liew touched by Jesus Christ became a full time priests. He even brought many others to come to Christ as he manned a fairly big church. So my little sharing to Liew (gangster head then) has borne indirect results for the hundreds or thousands coming to Christ. So God in Christ indeed cares for me in His mission to be accomplished not necessary as a clergy. In the 1973 case, I was remanded a few days in Tanjung Aru Police cells and tortured by revving up motor cycles and served all meals wrapped in used newspaper. That could have killed me. Was I guilty to be meted out such terrible treatment? Who decide? Police decided? So I have survived all the societal evil much, much more than mentioned about for God’s mission and now it is the setup of an international organisation NEW WEALTH ORDER inspired by God in Christy on 4th July 1999 and published on Sept 11, 2001. "This is the best solution rather than saying this is not right and that is not right. Leaders should address and resolve such sentiments once and for all. "After all, there is a trend towards more autonomy in many parts of the world, like Catalan in Spain and Scotland in UK. There is nothing wrong for Malaysia to concede these facts by changing from being a Federation to a Union," the former Chief Minister said, noting that only then would they appreciate being in the federation. He noted such a move can only materialise through an amendment to the Federal Constitution. "There is nothing sinister about the changes. Based on the EU concept, Tanah Melayu, Sabah and Sarawak will be independent countries with their own Prime Ministers. "The details of the Malaysian Union can be sorted out with leaders from Sabah, Sarawak and Tanah Melayu." He said Sabahans and Sarawakians must be reminded that their states have all the powers and funds to uplift their standard of living and making their life comfortable the past 50 years. He said it is also true that some of the laws and policies of the Federal Government are not conducive to move forward. "But do not forget that these laws and policies were made with the agreement of the 13 Federal Ministers from Sabah and Sarawak and also the 60 MPs from Sabah and Sarawak. These leaders are part and parcel of the Federal Government." Harris said in his view, Malaysia has been a just and fair federation for at least over 50 years – 13 years under the three partnership arrangement and 36 years under the 13 partnership arrangement. Harris said not much issue was made of the glaring fundamental right taken away by the Federal Government but there is an explanation for this. He said when Malaysia was formed, the Malaysian Constitution stipulated that Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore and Malaya are the four partners of the Federation, in accordance with MA63. "When Singapore left the Federation in 1965, Sabah, Sarawak and Malaya remained as the three partners for 16 years until 1976, when the constitution was amended. "Under this amendment, Sabah, Sarawak respectively became one of the 13 states, equal and on par with the 11 states of Tanah Melayu. This amendment was made with the support of Sabah and Sarawak Members of Parliament, apparently, for legal reasons for the smooth governing of Malaysia as a country." Nevertheless, he said over these 50 years, the Federation either with one- third or one-thirteen partnership was doing just fine but that issues began to be raised rightly or wrongly only after the 13th General Election. "There was no issue of hatred being levelled against the Federal Government. However, when it lost the simple majority in parliament, it had to depend on the support of 60 Members of Parliament from Sabah and Sarawak which has been termed as Federal Fixed Deposits. "With this position, both government and opposition leaders have been taking advantage to claim that the Federal Government had not honoured the Malaysia Agreement and the 20 points for Sabah and 18 points for Sarawak," he said. He said since then, especially over the last four years, the issue of the Malaysia Agreement continued to be raised by the Government and opposition leaders time and again. "These leaders claim that Federal had taken away the rights of Sabah and Sarawak that were assured under MA63. These leaders, however, did not at any time mention or list the rights they claim to have been taken away." Harris said it appears that both Sabah and Sarawak Governments and opposition leaders are maintaining the Malaysia Agreement, the 20 and 18 Points are legally binding and that State Rights had been taken away. Since the Prime Minister and a number of Federal Ministers have conceded that these issues are negotiable, Sabah and Sarawak leaders should now come up with specific issues that are detrimental to the concept of the Federation. "These days the story is different because Federal Government depends on the support of the 60 MPs from Sabah and Sarawak to remain in power. Without Sabah and Sarawak support, the Barisan Nasional Government would have collapsed. "The acknowledgement is evident because every time the Prime Minister and Federal ministers visit Sabah and Sarawak, they seem to be responding very positively to everything that the State Governments ask. Malaysia cannot go on under the present circumstances/arrangements but face the reality." Harris said what seems to be ignored is that the Malaysian Federation was formed at the time when various political forces were at play in the region. Under the prevailing mood at that time, the British was pressured to release her colonies for independence. For a variety of reasons, the leaders of Britain, a Malay and Singapore leaders wanted to include Sabah and Sarawak leaders for the formation. Malaya was led by Tengku Abdul Rahman, the Prime Minister, and his deputy Tun Abdul Razak; Lee Kuan Yew represented Singapore; the British by its Foreign Secretary; and Sabah and Sarawak by key Executive Council Members (i.e. members of the State Cabinet). He said these leaders were of high integrity, honest and straight-forward who knew what was good and what was not in the interest of the people. He singled out Razak and Kuan Yew, in particular, saying they would not have allowed any provisions in the Constitution that would prejudice the positions of Sabah and Sarawak. "Both Razak and Kuan Yew were of the highest integrity and no-nonsense personalities. If anything had been wrong or if the Federal Government had ignored any provision of the Malaysian Constitution, they would have strongly opposed them when they were still alive. "All in all, with these two leaders and our own, the division of powers between Sabah, Sarawak [and Singapore when it was still in Malaysia] and the Federal Government have been fair and just." He said Kuan Yew was very meticulous in taking notes of everything that transpired during the discussions and meetings and writing down on all agreements that had been agreed and cited a famous episode at the famous Ritz Hotel of London involving an agreement written on an envelope between Tengku and Kuan Yew. He said during the discussion with Tengku, it was agreed that Singapore will provide funds for the development of Sabah and Sarawak with the proviso, stipulated by Kuan Yew, that a percentage of the labour force for the development work must come from Singapore. "The Tengku agreed to this. It was said that Kuan Yew then looked for a piece of paper to write this agreement between Tengku and himself, but none was to be found at the Tengku's suite. "Kuan Yew managed to locate a hotel envelope and wrote the agreement on it and to which the Tengku signed. It was widely publicised that when questions were raised later about Singaporeans going to Sabah or Sarawak to work, Kuan Yew produced this 'envelope agreement' ". He said this may appear trivial but was a significant illustration that the agreement of Sabah and Sarawak being part of Malaysia was properly and conscientiously discussed and agreed to by all parties, including Britain. "The most important point to bear in mind is that our own leaders have consented and signed the various documents for the formation of Malaysia. Hence, he said the public should be reminded that Malaysia was formed after years of serious negotiations and discussion between the representatives of Federation of Malaya; Singapore; Sabah; Sarawak; and the British Government. He said the process was long and very challenging and that without the earnestness of Kuan Yew and determination of Razak of Malaya, Malaysia might not have been formed.Stressing that Malaysia's formation is due to these two leaders, in particular, he said what many were not aware was that America at that point of time favoured North Borneo and Sarawak to be part of Indonesia. This is a fact (told to him by the then US Ambassador to Malaysia). "Remember also the American blocked British advances to reclaim Egypt, when General Nassier of Egypt declared Independence for Egypt." "Kuan Yew and Razak being men of principles and integrity, they would not have allowed any back-hand arrangements that were detrimental to the participation of Sabah, and Sarawak. "If it can be proven that State rights have been taken away (merely) by changing the status of Sabah and Sarawak from one of 3 to one of 13 then it is the time to ask for these rights to be returned." On the MA63, the 20 Points for Sabah and 18 Points for Sarawak, Harris reiterated that they are no longer legally binding because the substances have been incorporated in both the Federal and States Constitutions. "The powers between Federal and State were clearly spelled out in these Constitutions. In any Federation, the Federal Constitution is supreme. However, in practical terms Parliament is superior because it can amend the Constitution as it wishes with the support of 2/3 majority in Parliament. As of September 2015 there has been 57 Amendments to the Federal Constitution," he noted. As for some among the opposition, including a number of government leaders, who still maintain that the MA63; 20 Points and 18 Points are still legally binding, he said, these leaders must be fully aware through their participation in passing laws and policies over the years that absolutely no laws or policies either by Federal or Sabah and Sarawak required reference to the Malaysia Agreement, the 20 Points and the 18 Points. " (Hence) there is also no logic for these leaders to claim that the Rights of Sabah and Sarawak have been taken away by the Federal Government and that Sabah and Sarawak are now the colonies of Tanah Melayu." As for the claims of rights having been taken away, he said, the Federal Government had not taken any rights away from Sabah, but that it was Sabah which have given up and asked the Federal Government to take over some responsibilities. He cited the handing over of the Fire & Rescue Department to Federal because it is a department that costs money to run without income-generation. "Sabah and Sarawak has the authority and control over lands and forests since Malaysia Day. These two subjects bring economic benefits to the State. "Both were also given special powers over a period of 10 years, but Lands and Forests and Minerals remained under Sabah and Sarawak. This division of powers are clearly spelled out both in the Federal and State Constitutions. "Likewise, Sabah and Sarawak control the economic development of the rural people. Basically the rural people depends on the land and forests for their livelihood and wealth." Harris noted that the Sarawak Government had sent two lawyers to London to search for papers related to the commitments of the Federal Government to the Borneo States and the formation of Malaysia. "Without providing details, the Sarawak government mentioned having come across important papers that were crucial to merit high-level discussions with the Federal Government. Towards this end, the Sarawak Government has tabled a motion on the Malaysia Agreement and related documents in the Sarawak Legislative Assembly. "The motion which called for the formation of a committee at the State and Federal level to look into the Malaysia Agreement and related documents. If these papers are considered legally-binding, it would be a major milestone for Sarawak. "In similar vein, Sabah leaders have formed a high-powered committee to look into Sabah Rights supposedly taken away by Federal and including Sabah's entitlement to 40pc of any revenue collected by Federal. "This committee announced last month that it had sent a lawyer to London where two QCs (Queen's Counsel) who reportedly said that it is mandatory for the Malaysia Agreement to be reviewed every 10 years. "Unfortunately, the provisions expending 10-yearly reviews did not appear to be cited. The spokesman for the nine-month old Committee in Sabah, Ansari Abdullah, had also not mentioned progress in claiming Sabah's 40pc entitlement on revenue derived from the State and collected by the Federal Government. "Does this mean all the billions of ringgit due to "Land Below the Wind" had gone "with the wind?" he asked. Harris said since these matters were widely publicised and championed by a number of government and opposition leaders, Sabahans are hoping for the more than RM50 billion payback plus restoration of Sabah rights by Federal. Harris said it is unfair for the opposition and critics of MA63 to promote and give the impression that peninsula or Tanah Melayu are benefitting from the resources of Sabah and Sarawak, that Sabah Rights have been taken away and that Sabah and Sarawak are now the Colonies of Malaya. He said despite all these being far from true, it was sad that, unfortunately, nearly 80pc of Sabahans and Sarawakians believe that peninsula is surviving on Sabah and Sarawak resources. He said Sabahans and Sarawakians must remember that Malaya is almost fully developed. Most of the industries are in peninsula and that based on the population of 32 million, peninsula 25m whereas Sabah and Sarawak only seven million. "On top of this, number of people paying taxes and consume dutiable goods are a hundred times more than Sabah and Sarawak. Those promoting hatred against the Federal Government should seriously look at this fact. Of GE16 for Sabah when it should be GE14

In Malaysia where Parliament democracy is in practice and every five years fresh General Elections are held in Peninsula Malaysia (formerly Malaya) for the Parliamentary seats of 222 for the nation with 165 for (Malaya) Sarawak 31, and Sabah and Labuan 26.  Parliament and State seats in Malaya states had been held simultaneously since 1957.

Parliament contest for seats are held nationwide at the same time while Sabah and Sarawak hold their state general Elections separately since formation of Malaysia in 1963.

However, Malaya and Sabah held the general elections together in 2004, 2008, 2013 and 2018.

For the General Elections 2018, it was known as GE14 based on the number of Parliamentary elections since 1957.

For Sabah holding its first State’s general elections in 1967 and 12 more  general elections until 2018 as in 1971, 1976, 1981, 1985, 1986, 1990, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2008, 2013, and so it was GE13 for Sabah in 2018.  So when the snap GE2020 was held in sabah it should be GE14 and not GE16. How can such confusion arise as it is the recorded history of Sabah? Even the next national polls would be GE15.

“Altering historical facts is  a crime of knowledge:” Sultan Nazrin  (DE 2/10/2020). Is it not a crime for declaring in official record for GE14 as GE 16?

The latest currency notes of Philippines with the President’s name misspelt has been declared illegal and invalid?

So in that context of a crime for altering historical facts and currency notes with error, is GE16 for Sabah just concluded GE on 26 September, 2020 valid?  Isn’t that a fatal error and irreversible as GE 16 should be held in a decade time violating the tenure of five years for each general election?

Lets do some rational thinking as GE15 has been skipped, would it be GE17 for the next General Elections and the confusion perpetrated?

Can the court find a remedy for this grievous error and great confusion?

Can blame ourselves for the turmoil on earth?

Do we really know why the Covid-19 pandemic spread so fast in the world in just a few months since the end of 2019?

Covid can mean Cleansing Over Various Insidious Dirt (very big issue) on earth and in ourselves behavioural-wise. Even our attitudes need so much reformation for a change in society.

While many had been reluctant to change environmentally the consequences of that can be the adverse impact amongst us.

We know that our earth and its environment have been neglected for recent decades beyond recognition of many in the exploitation of our natural resources on earth and in the oceans.  It is simply irresponsible consumerism that we witness rampant exploitation of the natural earth with all its natural beauty and intrinsic values for mankind in recent centuries post second world war.  In recent decades, there had been talk of rescue or restoration of the depleted forests and the over fishing of the oceans when much of the earth had been depleted of its natural characteristics almost everywhere.

Some people think that the environment is part and parcel of the present pandemic of corona virus or covid-19 that has brought much suffering and many deaths without any vaccine insight to stop that.

What we have seen that the pandemic had brought much changes in our daily lives and living habits with so much inconveniences to all in going out and even staying safe at homes. When someone close by and even family members get the covid-19, all others would have to go through very troublesome enforced quarantine.

With the Movement Control Order since 18 March, 2020, we have seen the most unexpected consequences as more people go through economic hardship and hard to make ends meet with the economy and consumerism in great decline.  Many affected businesses in connection with global travel have closed down with devastating consequences and the domino theory prevails to adversely impact the livelihood of all.

Unfortunately the target groups like the health workers have to take the blunt of the consequences of the largely unknown covid-19 and the SOP is so complicated for the sick and healthy people alike as prevention to stay safe from infection likely to be fatal unless treated very early.

Whether covid-19 comes from God or not, we are not sure but the global communities are to take the blame for it.

It is also unclear if vaccines ever to be available would be effective to stop the calamity of covid-19 as it is alleged that the mutations do take place and everything is too early to be confirmed.

We are uncertain of what will be of the covid-19 and so Malaysia has decided to extend the MCO or RMCO until 31 December, 2020 meaning the used-to-be economic and social behaviour must take cognisant of vital changes amongst us.  Such unfortunate measures may kill more people via others sicknesses (likely unrelated to covid-19 due to stress and shortcomings in public health care) and hunger for the people without any regular income in a diminished and diminishing unsustainable sectors in economy.

So in such drastic scenario without any chance of easy escape from covid-19, we must take appropriate actions for the improvement of the environment together with more ‘friendly measures’ to the wild life in many aspects.

Whether covid-19 has anything to do with our degraded environment everywhere is still unknown but certainly we need to take measure as individual for our own survival normally when we cannot do anything much for those devastation in the wilderness or hinterland of Sabah.

One thing we know what the climate and environment can harm us even staying in the cities and urban areas.  We also know what trees and jungles/forests can help us in the mitigation of worsening climate changes and this can be worst than covid-19 pandemic which seem the SOP controls can sort of mitigate the adverse impacts.

We have been observing that the trees and jungles in the habitat of cities dwellers have been declining with more cuttings of mature trees and nothing to replace them in and around our homes. It is very hard to have good mature trees like the mango plants but most people cut them down for the fruits have worms.  Such worms have been proven to leave those trees and the ripe fruits if we smoke those mature trees regularly and the bad ones may need more such small doses of smokings.  Smoking unlike fogging is free and give good results.

There maybe some people cutting those mature trees for the nuisance of leaves droppings etc.

I strongly believe that all trees (hard to grow them to maturity)  are for our comfort in fresh air/oxygen, good shade in any sunny day, and brighten our environment naturally apart from relief in flash floods in certain areas.  Some trees have fruits/flowers for the birds and insects like honey bees especially the wild pigeons who now have to ‘patronise’ our residential premises in big numbers.

So what is wrong with so many cutting of matured trees especially mango trees which can bring us thousands of mango fruits in several seasons throughout the year.

Actually not many people planted those trees but God did it and even water them with rain regularly and some people - (plants and animals (dogs) haters - just hate those trees around to make way for car parkings around at the front of homes and empty back gardens.

Just to be sure that the climate change in rising temperature would not come by in our next challenge on earth and elsewhere in the world we are told of very high unusual extreme heat waves especially for those cool nations. 

Sabah is in the equatorial zone and already experiencing worsening climate change in recent decades of neglected environment, and so we definitely need more trees in our land (private and public) around our homes.

Instead more trees are gone for no good reasons.  Some people may claim that the trees in their gardens are their business and what they can do with that is their business.

Now whose business is it with pandemic covid-19?

So whose business is it when the temperature around go sky high in time to come? Are we all held to be responsible and then it is probably too late. 

How can we sustain ourselves when the extreme temperature around us for too long and too much?  All I can say is that we can be helpless but maybe too late to complain.

So as a precaution right now is to fill up all vacant and idle land around our homes (inside and outside) with trees.  For those who want to cut trees think again and again.

So I would urge authorities and the Government to start a set of laws or bylaws that anyone (including public authorities) want to chop down matured trees in private and public land must get permissions to do so.  Those cutting grass in open space should also leave the small plants untouched so that they can grow up as such small plants are brought by the birds and can turn up as our food in fruits.

Similarly, those occupants in treeless spaces inside their homes in the front and back gardens and the public open spaces nearby should forfeit their rights and privileges to stay in landed properties. They should be a law that they stay in apartments or condominiums.

If anyone thinks the laws for “trees cutting” and “flats housing” are impossible or difficult to implement but it is going to be new normal now,  I would advise new local parties with new local leaders (not recycled ones for decades of neglect) to include this new law in their manifestos to secure good public response.

Who would have imagined covid-19 pandemic to come to Sabah when other places had plagues and other pandemic  much earlier, but we definitely have no escape with rising temperature this time round and plenty of trees can be for our assurance.

This is my Merdeka message for 2020.
