a day to remember Tun Fuad and others

Is the system of the nominated assemblymen being proper since 1963 in Sabah?
Were the appointments of the nominated assemblymen or non appointments of them of good governance since the first General Election in 1967?
What was the intention of such nominated assemblymen?  Weren’t such appointments be for the minority groups and capable NGOs to sort of provide alternative voice in the State Assembly for better governance? Could even lost candidates in General Elections be appointed as nominated assemblymen?
Did not the  interim Chief Minister who lost in the General Elections in 1985 used the 6 nominated assemblymen to claim to have simple majority to form the Government in coalition with another political party?  Did not the case end up in the Courts?  That case was so de-stablishing so and so a fresh General Elections was held in 1986.
I strongly believe some past and present elected assemblymen are holders of Project IC and even one assemblyman hold an identity card with a number meant for a woman.  For transparency purpose, please publish all the birth certificates of all past and present assemblymen including nominated ones. For those who have been naturalised, please publish its process of naturalisation.
Datuk Yong Tet Lee (DE 4 June, 2019) also reminded us that a naturalised Sabahan may not be appointed as Head of state (TYT Yang di Pertuan Negeri) (Sabah Constitution Article 2 (1) and Chief Minister (Sabah Constitution Article 6 (4)). So would the Government publish all the birth certificates of all TYT and chief Minister from the archives since 1963 for public consumption and appreciation?
Similarly, there is a clause in the Federal Constitution that a Prime Minister must be born in the country.
What about the development of UMNO/BN Government since 1994 after a power grab that the Chief Ministers were rotated until 2003 which is not provided in the State Constitution and a single Chief Minister stayed in power uncurtail for 15 years until 2018 without any nominated assemblymen. Now the longest CM is facing many charges of corruption with tremendous losses to the State for lop-sidedness and unjustified length of office. UMNO is known for the infamous Project IC scheme.

Can we relate to the mother of all problems in Sabah to all the illegalities and very poor governance since 1963 and the fatal tragedy on 6 June, 1976?
