Questions on TAED to
destroy Tanjung Aru Beach – a natural zone.
There appears to be much misrepresentation on Tanjung Aru Eco
Development (TAED) on Tanjung Aru Beach since launched on 16 September, 2013
co-incidentally the golden jubilee of Malaysia.
So there are many questions that need answers why TAED must
be stopped.
1.
Was there a grand design that TAED has arrived
with massive artificial reclamation and expansion?
2.
Why suddenly got massive fund like RM5b for
TAED?
3.
What is
the source of that massive fund?
4.
New Town ship as in extension of Tanjung Aru
town be ecological?
5.
Was the misrepresentation of criminal in nature
to further destruction of the God’s natural aesthetic beach for the souls?
6.
Is it to be ecological project in TAED when it
is more like for economy?
7.
Is the commercial golf course really a green
project?
8.
Beach 1, Beach 2 and Beach 3 of TAB are largely
state land and who then own it in TAED?
9.
Unless a White paper is done, can the state land
deals be questioned for land grab?
10.
Can we approach MACC to examine how TAED with
the conversion of land use was NOT an abuse of power when TAED has an insidious
agenda for self gains?
11.
Is The
questioned key player in an elderly person in a State body gives the ground for
an abuse of power for such an
appointment as CEO?
12.
How can a
new township as an extension of Tanjung Aru be ecological in purpose and
substance?
13.
Could assets stripping be an element of cheating to buy low and sell high?
14.
Who make the profit for the prime land deals
largely once state land?
15.
From ecological in its name Tanjung Aru Eco
Development to economic prospectus is it not cheating in concept of the
purpose?
16.
Has the Auditor-General conducted an annual
audit on the performance of TAED – a state Agency in all the land deals?
17.
Why was First beach was already destroyed ahead
of the final approval.
18.
Has full public interest being considered for a
public zone?
The questions above
are Not exhaustive and if no answers are forthcoming, then maybe a Court
intervention be initiated to resolve saving the TAB in its present status.
